It really is hard to believe its been a year since I started blogging! I have learned so much in such a short time and have met so many wonderful, supportive and giving people. I am proud to be a part of the genealogy blogging family.
When I first started blogging I was scared to pieces! I was concerned whether I would have anything to say that others would care to read?! Cheryl over at Heritage Happens supported me unconditionally on getting started, thank you Cheryl, my friend (she's in Cabo on vacation, hope your having a good time!). I soon realized that I blog for my ancestors, descendants and myself, posting then became a little bit easier. I still find myself holding back but not nearly as much -- inspiration and encouragement is not hard to find from all of you. I am so thankful that I am amongst the greatest and that I will be learning so much more and creating priceless friendships.
I didn't post as much in my first year as I would have like to. It was difficult working full time and caring for my grandchildren. Now retired, I hope to post more in my second year and many more years to come! The more I delve into my family history, the more I will have to blog about.
Thank you all for your help, support and friendships, here's to many more years to keeping up the search and posting about our journeys and about the Ancestors that brought us here.
Congrats! Cannot wait for year TWO!
Happy, happy blogiversary, Gini! Here's to many more wonderful blogging years!! :-)
Thank you Carol, you are always here for me! It will be interesting!
Thank you Elizabeth, like I said before, you were one of the first blogs that I read for a long time before I started blogging. Randy was the very first I came across. I look forward to hanging with all of you for a long time to come hopefully!
Thank you V. for the Blogiversary wishes, it's been a great year, learning, and making many friends here - it's an awesome place to be.
Congratulations on your first blogoversary! I've been enjoying your blogging and your "May I Introduce To You" series on GB. There was so much going on last year at Jamboree I don't think we crossed paths. I hope to change that this June. Here's to many more blogging years!

Happy Blogiversary,Happy Blogiversary, Happy Blogiversary Toooooo a fellow Jan. Fifteenth-er! (Sorry, but happy blogiversary from another blogger with the same "birthdate"!
Well done Gini...I hope I can do the same. Although I've had my blog a couple of years - it was used previously for my real estate career and then to keep my family updated on things going on, the first of the year I made it for geneology. So my start date is technically Jan 2, 2010. I trust by this time next year I'll be doing as well as you.
Happy Blogaversary, Gini!
Congrats on your first year and best wishes for many more.
Congratulations to you and thank you for noticing my own anniversary. I didn't even realize it until you did.
